Great Meltdown tonight

I feel so much better! My pulls are getting better; I can particiapte and not feel bad. I really like our group and think that everyone is has something to offer each other. I want to tell Kili and Robert that I know you have alot going on, but know that you give each one of us special attention. THANK YOU! You two are so high energy and it helps propel us to the next exercise, next class and next good decision that we will make about what we put in our mouth. LOL...... Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!! I'm looking forward to a day off tomorrow. I have some Sample Wedding Albums to design. I hope everyone has a great evening and fantastic day tomorrow.

  1. Way to go, Tracy! When you rock it out, your body will thank you!

Today's group session was fantastic. I admit to having a shorter attention span during "sharing time," but I really try to give it my all during the work-outs. My calves are on fire!

Let's hope that Kim feels better soon, and that Jamie's head stays clear!

And, yes, we do have to be selective about what we put into our bodies, nutrition being 80% of this battle. Tonight we are making tilapia with cilantro, sweet potatoes with rosemary and garlic, and perhaps a small small salad. Terrance and I have been challenging ourselves to cook creatively within the limits of the menu/nutritional plan. If you want some recipe ideas, let me know! I've found a million and one ways to incorporate broccolli into fun, fanciful dishes, and I can take poached eggs to a whole other level. Like I said, let me know, and I will gladly share! It's all about the community!

    Keep up the hard work!
